(PES), was started in the panhandle of Texas in 1990.  We are now located in Whitesboro, TX and are a leading Consortium / Third Party Administrator that provides up-to-date Federal DOT regulated and Company (non-regulated) anti-drug and alcohol misuse testing programs. We offer efficient, personable, and confidential services for the diverse needs of the contractor/motor carrier.
